First they give the gay marriage movement a rousing kick-start — now a San Francisco judge has ruled Bush’s recent ban on abortions unconstitutional.
A federal judge Tuesday declared the Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act unconstitutional, saying the measure infringes on a woman’s right to choose.
The ruling applies to the nation’s 900 or so Planned Parenthood clinics and their doctors, who perform roughly half of all abortions in the United States. San Francisco is a gorgeous city. I lived there for four months, and let me tell you, my legs were in GOOD shape after walking up and down those hills every day. Helluva lot of homeless people though, and I found it quite dirty in comparison to cities I’ve lived in up here in the great white north
