Okay, let me get this straight. Because we’re worried about a terrorist attack disrupting the election process, we’re planning to disrupt the election process in the event of a terrorist attack?
That doesn’t even start to make sense to me.

Don’t even try to make sense of it. Seems like an open invitation for an attack! I’ve noticed the Lloyd Alexander books in your sidebar. I haven’t read any of them (surprised I didn’t when I was younger!) but I’m very curious. If you haven’t already would you consider writing a post on them?
So much for the “We Shall Not Bow To Terrorist Threats”.
Reminds me of the scene in BullsEye! when Doctor Hinklar is running for it and approaches an Elderly Republican Couple. [Waving a Gun] “Get Out of my way!”, “We Shall Not Bow To Terrorist Threats” [Pushes Old Republican Lady into Creek].
