    How did you export the song list? That’s pretty nifty.

    Dan — as long as you’re using iTunes, it’s wonderfully simple.

    In iTunes, choose File > Print…, then choose what you want (CD insert, song listing, or album listing), choose a Theme, and hit Print. I just chose the Save As PDF… option in the print dialog after that.
