Rabid Mac fan I may be, but I do have to admit that I’m not quite rabid enough to get an Apple-flavored tattoo.
However.
If I were to get such a tattoo, I really think that the sticker design on this Powerbook would be it. That’s just a thing of beauty.
(And yeah, this is another test of Flickr’s ‘blog this photo’ feature. We’ll see if it works any better than yesterday’s attempts.)

I’ve never been a big fan of tribal motifs, but I like that one. The central apple logo gives it something interesting to look at, other than just swirls and sharp edges.
I’ve been thinking about a tattoo for a couple of years, but I can’t think of any image that I like enough to wear on my body for the rest of my life.
I’ve always had mixed feeling about tattoos. On one hand, they’re sort of cool and let you make an artistic statement about yourself on your body.
Then I think about the fact that tattoos are really popular right now, for women as well as men. And in about thirty years time, there are going to be a bunch of old ladies walking around with butterflies and dragons and stuff like that tattooed in various places around their saggy stretched-out bodies. And that sort of makes my skin crawl.
I do agree that this design is particularly cool. You have to be pretty certain in your belief that the company is going to stay as cool and rocking as it is now in the long term, though.
Hi… can u please mail me the design of that sticker/tatoo… I wanna get 1 like that 2…
