Too hot! Too cold! Augghh!
Life 09/22/2004 |One definite disadvantage to switching up to the 8am-5pm schedule I’m on now.
As it’s more of a “normal” workday schedule, and there’s a lot of other people who operate at these hours, it’s a lot more difficult to get a consistent water temperature in the shower in the morning.
Aaaahhhh, the joys of apartment living!
“Airport Hell” by Rollins, Henry from the album Think Tank (1998, 14:35).

“Airport Hell” by Rollins, Henry from the album Think Tank is one of my favorite Rollins spoken word tracks. My complete favorite is “Brazil” from the same album. Have you ever had the opportunity to see his spoken word tour? I saw him once in Pittsburgh and once again at a small university (Shippensburg) in Pennsylvania. I highly recommend checking out his show if you get a chance.

You could shower in the evening before bed? And get the added benefit of your sheets staying cleaner, longer.

Axs — yup, seen Rollins’ spoken word twice so far, once in Anchorage and once down here in Seattle. While I’m no great fan of his music (it’s a bit harder than I generally tend to go for), he’s an amazingly intelligent and funny speaker, and I’m a big fan of his spoken word performances.
Tim — unfortunately, as I’m letting my hair grow out now, evening showering just doesn’t work. Bed head — major bed head. Otherwise, I’d be all for that.
