International Vote Like an American Pirate Day
Humor, Life 09/19/2006 |Today marks the unholy combination of three things:
- Voting day for the local primaries, with the Seattle Center being one of Seattle’s designated polling places;
- Audition day for American Idol in Seattle, down at the Seattle Center’s Key Arena;
- International Talk Like A Pirate Day.
If I didn’t have to go to work this afternoon, I’d so be spending the day down at the Seattle Center, wandering around, taking pictures, and hoping for the three events to collide in some spectacularly silly fashion.
